Structure
We meet 1 hour weekly, live with team cohorts of up to 20 people. We work with you to find a consistent, scheduled time weekly that best works for your team, as well as the duration that makes sense for your needs (8-12 weeks).
This hour is not about efforting - the focus is on resourcing and strengthening your team members in a spacious environment, providing a release valve on any pressure to perform.
Each week has a different focus topic that supports personal self-sourcing, inner-stability, team purpose, connection, and resilience.
All sessions follow a structure that includes personal check-ins, somatic practice, an experiential activity supporting the day’s topic, and mindfulness techniques.
Sessions are online to accommodate international communities, though can be facilitated in-person depending on the needs of the group.
