We design our wellness experiences around these foundational principles.

Community

Learning in community has great benefits. In trusted group circles, individuals have the opportunity to be witnessed by peers, as well as learn from and feel validated by others’ experiences. This relational space, when focused towards presence and awareness, has a special magic that cannot be replicated by 1:1 sessions. 

Our goal is to improve not only individual wellbeing, but bring greater awareness and intentionality to work culture. Practicing self-care in community normalizes mental health habits that are necessary for wellbeing and sustainability. 

Right-brain activation

Right-brain activities - such as writing, art, and other creative modalities - help to access the subconscious mind and open creative channels.

We leverage right-brain activities to expand awareness and promote creative thinking. 

Somatic practice

Personal development work that is connected to the body allows for more effective and lasting change. We leverage somatic practices, using breath, movement, and bodily awareness. 

Ritual

Rituals are actions that are regularly followed to demarcate time or signal meaning. We use rituals as a way to guide group experiences build positive self-care habits.  

Presence

Energy flows where attention goes. By centering presence, we teach participants to hone their attention for maximum impact. Our curriculum centers mindfulness-based exercises that cultivate and strengthen presence.
